From October 25th to 27th, Song Xin, Party Secretary and Chairman of CECEP, traveled to Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, to attend the Second International Summit on BDS Applications. On the 25th, CECEP and the People's Government of Hunan Province signed a cooperation framework agreement in Zhuzhou City. Song Xin, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Company, and Mao Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the Governor, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Zhu Qingfeng, member of the Group Company's Party Committee and Chief Accountant, and Zhang Yingchun, member of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. 

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will actively plan and promote cooperation in various areas, including exploring new models for green and high-quality development, promoting the ecological and environmental governance of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, comprehensive utilization of urban solid waste, achieving full coverage of water services within the entire region, energy conservation and clean energy supply, urban ecological and environmental monitoring, BDS applications, and smart city lighting. Key projects will serve as the basis to advance cooperation in key areas, and together they will build a new pattern of cooperative development that creates and shares value.?

On the 27th, Mao Weiming met with Song Xin and his delegation in Changsha, Hunan. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on deepening practical cooperation.?

Mao Weiming fully acknowledged the achievements of CECEP in areas such as ecological and environmental protection and expressed gratitude for their long-term contributions to the green development of Hunan Province. He stated that in the future, both sides will strengthen cooperation in areas such as diversified clean energy supply, new energy, soil remediation, water treatment and ecological governance, jointly promoting high-quality development in ecological civilization construction.?

Song Xin expressed gratitude for the long-term strong support and assistance provided by the Hunan Provincial Government to CECEP. He stated that CECEP will comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, actively practice Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, and be rooted in serving national strategies. They will deepen cooperation with Hunan Province in multiple fields, assisting the province in reaching new heights in environmental governance and ecological civilization construction. Together, they will promote green and high-quality development.?
